At Nolah, we want you to sleep soundly knowing your investment is protected by our 120-night risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after the mandatory 30-night break-in period, we will facilitate a full refund and coordinate a local pickup.

Return Process

  Sleep on it for 30 Nights

  To allow your body to adjust to the new support system, we require a minimum 30-night trial period before initiating a return.

  Submit a Return Request

  If you still feel the mattress isn't the right fit after the break-in period, contact our support team via email to start your return process.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
