Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about sleeping better on a Nolah mattress.
How long is the sleep trial for a Nolah mattress?
Every Nolah mattress comes with a 120-night risk-free trial. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system.
What makes Nolah's AirFoam™ different from traditional memory foam?
Our proprietary AirFoam™ is 100% memory foam-free. It is designed to dissipate heat 20% faster, provide 4x more pressure relief on hips and shoulders, and is documented to be 300% more durable than high-end memory foam.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame or base?
Nolah mattresses work on any flat, sturdy surface. This includes box springs, slatted bases (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), platform beds, and even adjustable bases.
How is the mattress shipped and how long does it take?
Your mattress is compressed, roll-packed, and shipped in a box via FedEx for free. Orders typically process within 2-5 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 2-5 days depending on your location.
Does Nolah offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, we offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all our mattresses. This covers any permanent indentations greater than an inch and any manufacturing defects in the foam or cover.
How do I initiate a return if I'm not satisfied?
If you decide Nolah isn't for you after the 30-night break-in period but before the 120-night trial ends, simply contact our support team. We will arrange for a local charity or recycler to pick up the mattress and issue a full refund.
